"Gluten free" Pan Cakes

"Gluten free" Pan Cakes
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup "Rice" flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Beat eggs in a bowl then stir in milk,vegetable oil and salt.
Now whisk in the "Rice flour" to make a nice batter and no lumps in it.Cover with cling wrap and let sit on bench  for about 1/2 hour.
Heat a fry pan (non-stick preferred) to about medium to hot heat ,Drop spoonful of mixture into fry pan and cook till bubbles foam.
Then flip over and cook till brown. Do the same with rest of mixture.
