"Gluten free" Mango Drink
A favorite drink in India
2 mango's peeled and diced
2 cups low fat natural yoghurt
1/2 cup caster sugar
A few ice cubes........
Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth..( use as much ice as you like).
Poor in to a glass and drink .enjoy
"Gluten free" Chocolate Chip Biscuits
325grams ( 10oz's ) "Almond" flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon "Sea salt"
125ml (about 4oz's) vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
125ml "agave nectar" (agave syrup ) is used as a sweetener. It has a low glycemic level
150 grams ( 5oz ) dark chocolate chips
1x baking tray lined with baking paper
Pre heat oven 180c (350F)
Combine the flour,bicarbonate of soda and salt in a large bowl.
Now combine vanilla essence,vegetable oil and the agave nectar in a small bowl,mix well.
Nexted combine wet ingredients from small bowl into dry mixture in large bowl and add the dark chocolate chips and mix (stir) well.
Now get the baking tray with lined baking paper
Using a spoon scoop enough mixture out to form a 1cm ( 1/2 inch ) ball.
Now press on to baking paper, continue doing same with rest of mixture till tray is filled .( remember to leave space between each biscuit.
Cook in oven for about 10 minutes at 180c (350F) ,then let cool on tray.
