Well its Christmas
Its the silly time... So a simple Truffle recipe
Chocolate and Peppermint Truffle
Melt 200g milk chocolate and 1/4 cup of cream in a small saucepan.
Stir in two chopped crispy peppermint chocolate bars.
Refrigerate overnight. Roll mixture in to balls. Then roll in 300g melted milk chocolate..
Should make about 30....
