Sausage Egg Casserole


4 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 cups of milk
1 pound of pork sausages cooked , drained and sliced or pork mince cooked
2 cups of corn
1 cup bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices)

Slice 2 eggs into 1 quart casserole dish. In saucepan melt butter or margarine; blend in flour , salt, pepper ,then add milk all at once. Cook and stir constantly,till mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in sliced sausages or mince and corn.
Pour over sliced eggs.................................

Slice remaining 2 eggs and arrange egg over top of sausage mixture . Then sprinkle with soft breadcrumbs...Bake in a moderate oven (375F) for 20 to 25 minutes or till heated through..........
