"Gluten free" Turkey Casserole
This recipe will serve 2
1 turkey leg
1/2 celery (celeriac) . peeled and chopped (chunky)
1/2 swede, peeled and chopped
1 sweet potato.peeled and chopped
2 cups chicken stock
Place all ingredients 'turkey,celery,swede,sweet potato and chicken stock into a slow cooker and put lid on.
Cook on medium for 8 hrs (depending on size and wattage of slow cooker)

Heat a fry pan (non-stick preferred) to about medium to hot heat ,Drop spoonful of mixture into fry pan and cook till bubbles foam.

"Gluten Free" Mango Drink and Chocolate Chip Biscuits
"Gluten free" Mango Drink
A favorite drink in India
2 mango's peeled and diced
2 cups low fat natural yoghurt
1/2 cup caster sugar
A few ice cubes........
Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth..( use as much ice as you like).
Poor in to a glass and drink .enjoy
"Gluten free" Chocolate Chip Biscuits
325grams ( 10oz's ) "Almond" flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon "Sea salt"
125ml (about 4oz's) vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
125ml "agave nectar" (agave syrup ) is used as a sweetener. It has a low glycemic level
150 grams ( 5oz ) dark chocolate chips
1x baking tray lined with baking paper
Pre heat oven 180c (350F)
Combine the flour,bicarbonate of soda and salt in a large bowl.
Now combine vanilla essence,vegetable oil and the agave nectar in a small bowl,mix well.
Nexted combine wet ingredients from small bowl into dry mixture in large bowl and add the dark chocolate chips and mix (stir) well.
Now get the baking tray with lined baking paper
Using a spoon scoop enough mixture out to form a 1cm ( 1/2 inch ) ball.
Now press on to baking paper, continue doing same with rest of mixture till tray is filled .( remember to leave space between each biscuit.
Cook in oven for about 10 minutes at 180c (350F) ,then let cool on tray.

"Gluten Free":Prawns wrapped in Bacon and Honey Soy Chicken Wings
"Gluten free" Prawns wrapped in bacon
Prep - cooking time 30 minutes
20 prawns,(good sized) peeled,de-veined and cleaned
10 pieces of bacon (cut in half)
Pre heat Oven 180c ( 350f ) or if BBQ-ing (get bbq grate to a medium heat)
Wrap prawns in bacon ,securing with tooth picks
Lay them on a lightly oil baking tray and place in oven for about 25 minutes or oil bbq grate and cook till bacon is cooked.
Hint : ( you always coat with a bit of bbg sauce for a kick)
"Gluten free" Honey Soy Chicken Wings
Prep + Cooking time 30minutes
1 tbsp oil + a extra dash of oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
12 Chicken wings
A pinch of Salt (see below)
1x baking tray lined with foil
1x pastry brush
1x jug or bowl
Grab a large saucepan ,add chicken wings, pinch of salt (or to your liking),a dash of oil and cover with water and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat ,drain and let cool.
In a bowl or jug, mix well ,soy sauce, honey and oil to make a nice marinade
Grab lined baking tray and lay chicken wings on it and brush with marinade.
Turn Grill onto Medium Heat
Grill till Browned and then turn chicken wings over and brush with rest of marinade and grill till browned a little. Remove and let cool.a bit (Do not let them dry out).All in the timing
