Easy Casserole

Leftover Pork Casserole


5-7 Slices stale bread
1/2 Green pepper,chopped
1 Medium onion,chopped
1/2 cup Tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Leftover Pork Roast
1 cup (250ml) Leftover gravy

Cut bread into small cubes and put into mixing bowl. Mix in green pepper,onion,tomato juice,salt,
pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Put slices of leftover pork in well buttered casserole dish. Pour bread mix over top. Pour gravy over bread mixture.
Bake in a 190 C ( 375 F ) 0ven for 30 minutes.
